Matthew M. Clark, the former Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Masonite International, has been tasked with the management of the New York office.

Mr. Clark brings to the Firm 35 years of proven success as an e-commerce and global business lawyer. His dual specialties include negotiation/deal-making and litigation management/dispute resolution, always with a focus on building enterprise value. He graduated from NYU’s School of Law and Stern Graduate School of Business, where he earned his MBA in Finance with top honors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Masonite International, the world’s largest doormaker, owned by KKR and other private equity leaders before going public. Previously, Matthew served as General Counsel for Amana Refrigeration and Hitachi Home Electronics (America) and as Senior Transactions Counsel for GE Consumer & Industrial. He began his career as a litigator with the Paul Hastings law firm and is a certified mediator and financial forensic expert.
