Professional Experience

Bill is a Florida native born and raised in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Bill advises clients on matters
relating to formation and continuing operations of all forms of business entities, including tax exempt
501(c)(3) corporations and nonprofits. In his free time, Bill enjoys playing music, spending time with his
family and pets, and brewing wine and beer.
